Overview
At MOOMA, each order is prepared with care. Please review our shipping policy prior to completing your purchase.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During product launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
MOOMA is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Natural disasters

Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
Delivery timeframes begin once your order has been shipped, not when it is placed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected shipping method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.
MOOMA is not responsible for:

Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
If a package is returned due to incorrect address information, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, MOOMA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located:

Please contact the shipping carrier directly

Check with neighbors or building management
We are not able to replace or refund orders confirmed as delivered.
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, you must notify us within 5 days of delivery.
Please email hello@moomashop.com, and include:

Your order number

Clear photos of the damaged packaging and product
Failure to notify within 5 days constitutes acceptance of the shipment.
International Shipping
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their country.
MOOMA is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
Natural Product Notice
Because MOOMA products are made with whole and natural ingredients, extreme temperatures during transit may affect texture or consistency.
This does not affect product integrity.
Customers are responsible for bringing packages indoors promptly upon delivery.
