These ingredients work with the skin to restore balance rather than forcing quick results. We do not use seed oils, synthetic fillers, fragrances, or hormone-disrupting ingredients. Every product is handcrafted slowly in small batches. MOOMA is skincare in its most essential form.

  • At MOOMA, we choose ingredients the skin naturally understands. Grass-fed tallow closely resembles the natural oils produced by human skin, allowing it to absorb beautifully while helping support and strengthen the skin barrier. It is naturally rich in vitamins A, D, E, and K, which help nourish the skin and support hydration and resilience. Combined with whole herb infusions and carefully selected botanical oils, tallow creates formulas that are deeply nourishing, balanced, and simple — just as skincare was meant to be.

  • We believe the skin understands simplicity. Many modern skincare products rely on long ingredient lists designed to alter texture, extend shelf life, or create a particular feel.   • Tallow is a nourishing fat traditionally used for generations to support healthy skin. Its fatty acid profile closely mirrors the natural oils found in human skin, allowing it to absorb easily while supporting the skin barrier. It is also naturally rich in fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K. These nutrients help support hydration, elasticity, and balanced skin.

  • For most people, the opposite happens. Because tallow closely resembles the skin’s own oils, it often helps support the skin barrier and regulate oil production rather than clogging pores. Many people find that simplifying their routine with nutrient-dense ingredients helps their skin become calmer and more balanced.

  • MOOMA is designed to support all skin types and all stages of life. Our products are commonly used for:

    • Dry or sensitive skin

  • Our formulas are intentionally simple and free from synthetic fragrances, preservatives, seed oils, and hormone-disrupting ingredients. Many families use MOOMA products on babies, children, and sensitive skin. As with any skincare product, we recommend patch testing first and consulting your physician if you have specific concerns.

  • MOOMA products carry the natural scent of their ingredients. You may notice subtle notes from cocoa butter, herbs, or botanicals depending on the formula. We do not add synthetic fragrances or perfumes, allowing the ingredients to remain in their most natural form.

  • A little goes a long way. Warm a small amount between your fingers and gently press into the skin. Our products can be used on the face, body, lips, and anywhere the skin needs nourishment.

  • MOOMA formulas are rich in whole, nutrient-dense ingredients rather than water, fillers, or synthetic emulsifiers commonly found in conventional skincare. Because of this, the texture may feel more concentrated. A small amount is all that is needed, allowing the skin to absorb the nutrients it needs over time.

  • Because MOOMA products are made with whole ingredients and contain no synthetic preservatives, they are best used within 12 months of opening. Each product is crafted in small batches to ensure freshness and quality.

  • Store your products in a cool, dry place away from direct heat or sunlight. Because our formulas contain natural fats and butters, the texture may soften in warmer temperatures and firm up in cooler environments. This is completely normal and does not affect the quality of the product.

  • Because MOOMA is made with real, whole ingredients, slight variations in texture, color, or scent may occur from batch to batch. Natural ingredients like herbs, botanicals, and tallow can vary subtly depending on season and harvest conditions. These variations are a natural reflection of working with ingredients in their most authentic form.

  • Orders typically ship within 3–6 business days. Once your order leaves our studio, you will receive tracking information by email.

  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. However, if there is an issue with your order, we are happy to offer store credit.
