RETURNS & STORE CREDIT

Overview

At MOOMA, each formulation is crafted in small batches using whole, natural ingredients. Due to the hygienic and perishable nature of skincare products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds.

Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

Store Credit Eligibility

At our sole discretion, we may offer store credit for eligible returns under the following strict conditions:

  • A return request must be submitted within 14 days of confirmed delivery

  • Product must be returned within 7 days of return approval

  • Product must be at least 75% full

  • Product must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required


Returns that do not meet all eligibility criteria will not be accepted.

Return approval is not guaranteed.

Store Credit Terms

Approved returns will be issued as store credit only.

Store credit:

  • Has no cash value

  • Is non-transferable

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash

  • Cannot be applied toward shipping fees

  • May not be reissued if lost or expired


Store credit will be issued only after the returned product is received and inspected.

MOOMA reserves the right to deny store credit if product use exceeds permitted levels or if the product has been tampered with.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for store credit:

  • Opened products used beyond 25%

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional or discounted items

  • Limited releases

  • Bundles

  • Products marked “Final Sale”

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow usage instructions

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your package arrives damaged, you must notify us within 5 days of delivery.

Please email hello@moomashop.com, and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged packaging and product


Failure to notify within 5 days constitutes acceptance of the shipment.

Natural Variation Disclaimer

MOOMA products are made with natural and organic ingredients. Variations in texture, color, scent, or consistency are inherent to botanical and whole-ingredient formulations and do not constitute defects.

Changes caused by exposure to heat, improper storage, or environmental conditions are not considered product defects.

Allergies and Skin Sensitivity

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists prior to purchase.

We recommend performing a patch test before full application.

MOOMA is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from:

  • Undisclosed allergies

  • Failure to review ingredients

  • Improper use

  • Combination with other products


If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

Shipping Liability

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, MOOMA is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout


Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at time of purchase.

Right to Refuse

MOOMA reserves the right to refuse returns, store credit, or service to any customer at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected misuse, abuse of policy, or fraudulent activity.
